On the other way, so far as Cheating persons are concerned, once they enjoy the life with all they gained by bad habits, evil thinking etc.and at one stage, they will realize when they undergo the punishment by the almighty which would be too late to repent or to regret or to rectify due to their evil minds and there is no history that they will realize their mistakes also.
Hence, My contension is Bad, Evil minded persons never come to their sense!
